Farrow Harley-Davidson® Guidelines

Charitable/Community Partnership Guidelines

During the past 107 years of our history, we have had an opportunity to support thousands of charitable rides, rallies and causes in the Central Ohio community.  We have supported Flying Horse Farms, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Mid-Ohio Marine Foundation, and Race for the Cure and countless other great causes.

We are proud to support the community in a variety of other ways as well, including investing in rider safety and growing the number of endorsed riders in our area through the first private learn-to-ride program in the state and numerous training seminars throughout the season and by connecting motorcycle riders from all over Central Ohio through our inclusive events, rallies and email newsletter.

In 2009, the Conway Family Business Center recognized Farrow ’s contributions to the Central Ohio Community with the “Community Engagement Award” and, in 2010, we earned the “Best Community Involvement Initiative” award from our industry’s most prestigious publication, Dealernews.

Partnership Assets

We are proud to represent the most generous and compassionate group of people on earth-- motorcycle riders!  We are committed to caring about the causes that our riders care the most about and truly appreciate the chance to be a part of some of the great things they are doing in our community.

We are able to offer three valuable assets to our charitable partners:

Facilities - Partnering organizations may use any our three Central Ohio facilities for ride starting points, stops and ending points.  Ride organizers appreciate the state-of-the-art service facilities, freeway accesses and visibility and scenic setting to host registration and check-ins.  Ride participants can enjoy food vendors, live entertainment and other amenities offered throughout the riding season at our convenient locations in Columbus and Sunbury.

Promotion /Audience - We communicate weekly with tens of thousands of riders through our eblast, Social and in-store channels.  The Central Ohio riding community looks to our newsletter as a resource for the “must-ride” events in our area.  Our partnering organizations will be able to share their message to our audience in the crucial weeks leading up to the event.

Legacy - We are America’s Oldest Harley Dealer and have been committed to serving and growing the motorcycling community throughout our rich history. Our legacy commands tremendous respect in that community.  The legacy continues through our partnership opportunities.  Our partnering organization may leverage our name and logo in their communications.

Partnership Criteria - We are committed to caring about the causes that our riders care the most about and wish we could be a part of all of the great things they are doing in our community.  To make the best use of our resources in our closest communities:

•  The event must be a motorcycle ride or rally that starts, stops or ends at one of our three Central Ohio facilities.

•  We give special consideration to events dedicated to Police, Fire, or Military.
